Currently based in Singapore.

Yanch Ong (he/him) has led the redesign of public-facing services for government teams, enhancing accessibility, efficiency, and usability. He has also shaped design systems serving millions, improving consistency and adoption across digital services.

His main skill lies in making the amorphous tangible: unpacking a problem, drawing themes and insights from research, transforming findings into intentional designs with a high level of craft, and crafting a simple and compelling story to get buy-in.

Equally at ease with executives, policymakers, frontline staff, and the public, he navigates diverse perspectives with diplomacy and political acuity. He facilitates conversations that bridge expertise levels, align stakeholders, and turn shared vision into action.

He also collects frog trinkets.
